How much do you Charge for Delivery? 

For purchases totalling over $150.00 shipping is FREE within Australia. For purchases under $150.00 we charge a flat fee of $9.90 anywhere within Australia.


Why are your prices so much lower than the competition?

We work on a Bulk Volume Model which enables us to be very competitive on a huge range of products due to our Buying Power. Our Loyalty Program further enables additional discount for repeat customers.


I'm not sure what's right for me, is there someone that can help?

Sure! Just contact our friendly support team who can tailor a FREE Supplement Guideline and Plan for you to follow. We charge absolutely nothing for this, but we do require that you are either a previous customer, or that we include the plan within your first order. Do you Ship Outside of Australia?

At this time Genesis.com.au does not deliver to addresses outside Australia. We are currently exploring delivery options to New Zealand and hope to have this capability shortly.

What do I do if there is an issue with my Package?

Although we try our very best to ensure every parcel arrives perfect, but we are only human and mistakes can happen. If you find that there is an issue with your order then please call us immediately so that we can help to resolve the issue. All of our packages are individually weighed and double checked prior to dispatch so the chance of an issue is very rare, but if it does occur we are happy to help.

Upon submitting your order we will send you a confirmation email to ensure the details we have received are correct. As soon as we have ensured that your payment has cleared we will begin to pick and pack your items. Upon dispatch you will receive an email with tracking details and shipping information.
