- 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbs of Almond Paste
- 5g of Flaxseed Oil
- 500ml of Water
- 25g Almond Flakes
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place the all of the above ingredients into a blender
